AI Team

I designed and run a team of AI assistants that helps manage my projects day to day: 9 project managers and 10 specialists, all reporting to a Vice President. Each project manager owns one project, and the specialists handle the hands-on work, from web updates to video and design. I set the direction and approve anything that goes live.
