About
Brooklyn, New York
I’m Tobias—a software engineer and automation controls professional who likes understanding the whole system, then making it work better.
My work spans React and TypeScript applications, API integrations, automation, and programming water systems and HVAC units with Schneider controls and BACnet. That work also involves networking and troubleshooting across software, networks, and hardware. I document what I find and validate the fix.
Before my current engineering role, I managed and coached a team of more than 20 technical support professionals. Clear communication and practical problem-solving still shape how I work.
Outside software, I bake artisan bread for my side project, Kneaded Loaves, and build and care for hydroponic growing systems.
